When I arrived at practice today Coach Harrison told me that I had not made a list of goals in my earlier post, I had made a list of benefits. Then he went on to explain the difference in the two, so now I am going to share that information with you. How I understood it is that a goal is something that I am going to commit to doing on a daily, weekly or monthly basis and then the benefits will be the outcomes of me fulfilling those goals. With that being said I am now going to list my goals for the next year. This is just a  beginning, I will continue to update it as time goes on.


1. Attend every single practice and weight room session on time
2. Come prepared with proper workout attire, gym boss, protein shake, ect....
3. Maintain healthy eating habits (no matter what HOLIDAY it is)
4. Take my supplements daily
5. Give 100% 
6. Ice bath twice a week
7. Learn more about my events and apply that knowledge
8. Get 7-8 hours of sleep every night
9. Strive to better than the day before
10. Never give up
11. Don't let it happen, Make it happen


Don't forget to make all your goals smart
