When I arrived at practice today Coach Harrison told me that I had not made a list of goals in my earlier post, I had made a list of benefits. Then he went on to explain the difference in the two, so now I am going to share that information with you. How I understood it is that a goal is something that I am going to commit to doing on a daily, weekly or monthly basis and then the benefits will be the outcomes of me fulfilling those goals. With that being said I am now going to list my goals for the next year. This is just a beginning, I will continue to update it as time goes on. S.O.A.R. |
