I have many goals that will hopefully lead me to the benefits that I want, although today I am only going to tell you about the benefits that I have that pertain to track. I believe that it is important for everyone to have goals. They give you a sense of direction which can help you to stay on whatever path that you choose. I once heard that "A goal is only a dream unless you write it down". Ever since then I have made sure to commit my goals to paper, so that I have something physical to see daily.
