I believe that supplements are very important to any athlete training/competing at a very high level. When you work very hard in practice and the weight room you need to have the energy to get through it or replace what you are losing. Below I am going to list the supplements that I take.


1. Whey Protein


                     


2. BCAA & Glutamine





3. Ultimate Woman Elite



4. B Complex 100

5. Fish Oil



6. ZMA

I take ZMA at night before I go to bed and it allows me to sleep without any cramps or soreness.


Please remember that you take supplements as an addition to a daily balanced diet. I have went to online sites and calculated how many calories I can eat based on how many I expend each day and how much of each food group I need. If you feel like you could use something like this check out-
