Today I am sharing my vision board with you. This is something that is very important to me because it is a representation of all of my athletic goals combined together in one place. For me it is "fitness for life" so my board has pictures or quotes of supplements, vitamins, nutrition, weight lifting, running and mentality. I feel that you need all of these things working together in order to be successful. The only thing missing from my board is actual times that I want to run because I did this on another paper; which I will post soon. I think that everyone should create a vision board. You can make it about absolutely anything and it can be broad or narrow. I made sure that the one I made was very precise because I want to be reminded of this particular area every night I go to bed and every morning when I wake up. After you have had a chance to look at the vision board I will post my specific goals, so that I can bring my vision full circle for you.
